What happens in a Session?
Each session lasts about 40-60 minutes and includes: A 1-on-1 audio call (or video call as per need). First 10 minutes are free so that we can understand you better and give personalised guidance. Discussion of your career, money, and relationships in one session. It can be any other topic of your choice as well. Written guidance notes and timing windows shared after the call Up to 3 follow-up questions within 7 days. All sessions are private, confidential, and judgment-free.
How much does a session cost?
To know the session cost, send a WhatsApp with you details. The fee covers the call, written notes, timing windows, and follow-up support.
What details do I need to book?
Please share: Full name & WhatsApp number Date, place, and (if known) time of birth Preferred language (English or Hindi) Topics you want clarity on (Career, Money, Relationship, Family or Other) 2–3 sentences about the decision you’re struggling with If you don’t know your exact birth time, that’s okay - Dr. Pandey can still guide you accurately.
I don’t know my exact birth time. Can I still book?
Yes. Simply send us a note “I don’t know my exact time” while booking. An exact time helps with precision, but your date and place of birth are enough for meaningful insights.
Do I need to pay in advance?

Sessions are audio-only so you can stay relaxed and private. You can discuss multiple topics during the 40-60 minute call.

After your session, you’ll receive: Guidance notes – a summary of key insights and advice Timing windows – astrologically favorable dates for taking important actions (job change, investment, conversation, etc.)
How do follow-up questions work?
You can send up to 3 clarification questions within 7 days after your session (via WhatsApp). These are only for clarifying what was already discussed - not new topics.
What is your refund policy?
Refunds aren’t available because every session includes customized preparation. You can, however, reschedule once with 6-hour notice.
Do you serve clients outside India?
Yes. We work with clients in India, UAE (Dubai), and Canada. All slots are shown in IST; we confirm your local time via WhatsApp after booking.
When will I get my booking confirmation?
You’ll receive an email and WhatsApp confirmation soon after booking, with session details and a link to your personal summary page (for notes and timing windows after the call).
Will I be asked to buy gemstones or remedies?
No. Remedies are suggested only if they genuinely fit your chart. You always decide whether to act on them - no pressure, no upselling.
